We want to extend a huge thank you to our amazing school community for their generous donations to our Harvest Festival.  Your contributions will make a real difference in the lives of those in need.

We're delighted to share that the donations have been passed on to our local food bank at Westborough Family Hub, helping to provide essential food supplies to families and those in need in our community.

Thank you again for your kindness and generosity!

  • Just a reminder: What am I allowed and what am I not allowed?

    Mon 16 Sep 2024

What am I allowed and what am I not allowed?

    Earrings/Jewellery:
Jewellery is not to be worn in school unless for a religious purpose. In this case the school should have a letter from the parents on file. In those cases where a child's ears have been pierced, then small studs are worn and these should be removed for PE, games and swimming lessons.

    Hair:
All long hair must be tied back.  Children are permitted to wear hair clips but they must be plain, small and in the school colours.   Please no large bows or anything that may get caught whilst out playing. Thank you.

The last thing we want is any child getting hurt when we can prevent this.

Thank you for your support with this.

  • Well done to our Gardening Club!

    Fri 13 Sep 2024

We are so proud of our Gardening Club has been awarded a Commendation at the Wilder Kent Awards!

“Thank you for entering the Wilder Kent Awards 2024. We were really impressed by the amazing work that you have been doing at Barming Primary School (Gardening Club) and all your efforts in contributing to a Wilder Kent.”

The Wilder Kent Awards were set up by Kent Wildlife Trust in 2020 as a way of recognising and rewarding the positive actions that groups across Kent are taking in order to protect wildlife and safeguard nature for future generations.

Congratulations to Dr James who, with the help of the children from Gardening Club, have worked so hard on this achievement and making our school a prettier and sustainable place to be. Thank you! 😊
