Snow..
We are at that time of the year again when we could see snow. In order to find out whether or not the school is open, please check our homepage, on the School Website. Please do not ring the school as no one will be in to answer the phone! For fun snow activities, please check out our website on the parent tab – snow day page.
Multi-Skills Event
On Tuesday 22nd January, 10 children from Year 1 and 2 attended to a multi skills event at Greenfields School. They completed lots of different activities, including the Ladder, Unihoc Slalom, Bounce and catch, Speed Stacking and Speed bounce amongst others. All the children behaved extremely well and really enjoyed taking part. There were 16 teams that took part in the event and Barming came second! A big well done to all the children that attended.

Pippin and Bramley Class Assembly
Dear Parents/Carers,
On Tuesday 22nd January, we will be celebrating World Religion Day. This will be an opportunity for the children to explore an aspect of a world religion that they would not usually study within the RE curriculum. The purpose of this day is for them to have a greater understanding of a variety of religions and other peoples’ beliefs and build on the work we have previously undertaken about British Values and the need for tolerance of the diversity that we have within Barming Primary School and the wider community.
If you have any queries about the activities of this day, please speak to your child’s class teacher in the first instance, or send an email to me via the school office.
Many thanks for your support,
Mrs McLeish
RE Subject Leader
