  Dear Parents

  We have the Barming PTA AGM taking place on Tuesday 17th September at 7.30pm in the school hall. We welcome all parents support to help raise funds for the schools. All positions and roles need to be filled. Refreshments will be available. Hope to see many new faces this year.

• MP Helen Grant visits Barming Primary School

  An assembly was held for pupils in years 4 to 6 this morning, allowing them to meet with MP Helen Grant. The children have been working on a project to unlock education for everyone and we presented Mrs Grant with our work. She was very impressed and intends to show this to other Members of Parliament.

   

  She then spent some time answering some of our questions, giving us an insight into her daily tasks, reasons for becoming an MP and her thoughts on Brexit.

   

  We all enjoyed this opportunity and found it very interesting.
