Parents Evening Information

Dear Parents/Carers,

As you are all aware this week is Parent evenings – Tuesday 8th and Thursday 10th November.

We are going to continue with the same setup that we have used for the last few parents' evenings.   One year group classroom will act as the waiting room, while the other year group classroom will act as the meeting room.   Please see below for more details:

  • Year R parents to go to their block.   Waiting room will be Pippin Classroom (Mrs Freeman).
  • Year 1 and 2 parents to come in through the side entrance by Mr Moon's office (the way Year 1 and 2 come in every day).   Year 1 waiting room will be Kanzi Classroom (Mrs Catmull/Mrs Hooker).   Year 2 waiting room will be Williams Classroom (Mrs Histed/Mrs Simmonds).
  • Year 3 and 4 parents to come in through their side door that the children use every day.   Year 3 waiting room will be Discovery Classroom (Mr Newell/Mrs Davis).   Year 4 waiting room will be Gala Classroom (Mr Baker).
  • Year 5 and 6 parents will use the small gate within the pencil fence and walk around to the classrooms.   Year 5 waiting room will be Ruben Classroom (Mrs Armstrong).   Year 6 waiting room will be Sunrise Classroom (Mrs Taylor)

Signs will be placed in order to help you navigate to the correct location, but if you are unsure, please head to the main entrance where someone will point you in the right direction.

Each parent meeting slot is a maximum of 10 minutes, if you find this is not long enough, please contact the class teacher via ClassDojo, to arrange a follow up.

Kind regards

Mr Laker
