About the provision:

The school organises this provision for our families in order to support our working families, however, it does run independently.

Therefore, if you have any messages for school staff (not staff working during wraparound care) can I please ask our families to go through the proper channels and contact the school directly via the following means:

  • Contacting your child’s class teacher (Key Stage Leaders/ Family Support Worker etc.) via the school office or ClassDojo.
  • Emailing the school office and stating ‘For the attention of…’ (FAO).
  • Speaking to your child’s class teacher face to face during pick up times.
  • Telephoning the school office.

Families need to ensure that our wraparound care can meet the needs of your child(ren) as it is independent of the school and therefore additional adult support, such as key workers, are not available at this time as it is a separate paid for service.   If your child(ren) needs additional support at all times or require smaller settings, we do advise you to look for alternative provision.   We know a couple of lovely childminders and we are happy to share their details with you individually, on request.

Thank you for your support in these matters.
