Thank you to Donna Field who put up the balloon arches both on the main gate on Monday to welcome children and staff back to the school and on the EYFS area to welcome new entrants on Wednesday.
Thank you to Dianne Barton and Louise Smith who put together the Carer’s survival kits and to Louise Smith and Caroline Barton for delivering them on the day.
Our AGM (annual general meeting) will be held on Thursday 21st September from 7.30pm for a prompt 8pm start. Meeting will be held in the Main School Hall. We hope you can join us.

Thank you to Dianne Barton, Louise Smith, Caroline Barton, Charney Jones and Lorraine Bromley who organised our first ever Teddy Bear Picnic to welcome new EYFS parents and children. The children enjoyed story time, bug hunt, games, crafts and a table of cakes, biscuits, and fruit. Well done on a fantastic event.

As Year R children are still getting used to being in school so it has been decided that they will have a small fancy dress disco in their classrooms during the afternoon. Not as disco yet…. Year R children will be going home at 3pm as per usual. Year R children will join the rest of the school on the next disco in March 2024.

Tickets are on sale now! Hurray! But as we only have a limited amount of tickets available (due to capactiy on site). When they are gone – they are gone!
Gates open at 5:30pm.
We are allowing the school and pre school community to buy tickets ahead of general release to the wider community. In 3 weeks’ time we will be advertising locally. Don’t delay buying tickets as last time we sold out quickly!

Thank you to Ms. JANE ELDRED, grandmother to 3 of our pupils and her employer HSBC for supporting us via the Match Funding scheme. Jane helped us raise vital funds in our winter disco last year and as a result HSBC has kindly donated £500 to our charity. This money has been allocated to our £10,000 pledge last academic year to help replace the computers in the IT suite.

We hope the children enjoyed the Disco last week. We saw some impressive and imaginative costumes.
With your help we have raised £631.
This year we are raising funds to help the school replace furniture and flooring in class rooms. Any money raised above the sum we pledged to the school, will go towards organising fun activities for the chidlren, invest back in the PTA to replace old equipment and train our volunteers where needed.
