Buster's Book Club

Buster's Book Club was introduced to Barming School on 1st February 2017. It is a reading scheme that is supported by the KM Charity team and the KM Media group. The aim of the scheme is to encourage children to read more and to enjoy reading literature they chose for themselves.

Every week children record how much time they spent reading on Wednesday evening and this is recorded for the whole school on a Thursday. Class readers of the week are announced in Friday's assembly and during the term, reading figures from each class will go forward to a district challenge with prizes available to the school that comes top.
